To secure the date of your catering event, a deposit of either 50% of the total event cost or the full amount is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than seven (7) days before the scheduled event date. For events booked within seven (7) days of the event date, full payment is required at the time of booking. Failure to submit full payment by this deadline may result in cancellation of services, and the initial deposit will be forfeited.

We also accommodate last-minute catering requests up to forty-eight (48) hours prior to the event date, subject to availability. A Rush Service Fee of 10% will apply to all orders placed within this time frame. Please note that last-minute orders must be discussed over the phone to finalize details and confirm availability.

Clients may cancel their event and receive a full refund of the deposit or total amount paid, provided the cancellation is made at least fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled event date. Cancellations made within less than fourteen (14) days of the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

By submitting a deposit, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Please note that these terms and policies only apply to Catering Buffet and Taco Bars. They do not apply to party trays.
